Since 2010, the Rolling Hills Education Foundation (RHEF) has stepped in to bridge the funding gap for programs that impact every single student. Your support directly funds our:

● Library & Media Center: Providing the technology and books that fuel curiosity.

● Theater & Arts: Sparking imagination and confidence through performance and hands-on creativity.

● Physical Education Program: Keeping our kids active and healthy.

How You Can Help Make an Impact

To reach our goals this year, we are seeking tax-deductible donations for three of our most popular event attractions:

Option 1

Silent Auction

We are looking for "big ticket" items, unique experiences, or gift certificates that showcase local businesses.

Option 2

Themed Raffle Baskets

Help us build "experience kits" (e.g., Family Game Night, Fitness, or Local Eats) by donating products or smaller gift cards. Contact your classroom representative for more details. 

Option 3

The Balloon Pop

A new addition for 2026! We need gift cards ($10–$25 value) and Free Product vouchers to place inside balloons for a "guaranteed win" activity.

They say many hands make light work, and it couldn’t be truer for our upcoming Pancake Breakfast! By breaking the morning down into smaller tasks, we can make this a breeze for everyone. We’d love for you to take an active role in helping us make our final community event of the year the best one yet.

Below is a breakdown of how you can help. Many of these tasks are perfect for parents looking to contribute their professional skills or network. Whether it’s a business connection or a specific area of expertise, your 'day job' talents can make a huge impact on our school!

Committee Positions:

  • Ticket Sales: Help manage cheddar-up page, customize email receipt/tickets, help distribute purchased tickets

  • Marketing: Create flyers, social media posts, event signage, aucton artwork, and more

  • Volunteers: Manage Sign-up Genius. Help recruit and manage volunteers during the event.

  • Room Basket Chair: Ensure baskets are received by the deadline, track baskets in provided spreadsheet.

  • Silent Auction Chair: Help solicit items to be auctioned, communicate with school staff regarding tickets, seating & parking, etc.

  • Decorations: Plan decor for the vent space and table, lead decorations on the day of the event.

  • Pancake/Food Chair: Help manage the cooking area, replenish supplies, support volunteer cooks.

  • Balloon Pop: Help coordinate and run the balloon pop event.
